The Bookmakers Super Fund (BSF) was started in 1974 to provide a retirement savings vehicle for bookmakers and their families.
In 2004, membership restrictions were removed and the BSF became a public offer fund, allowing anyone to join.
The BSF became the successor fund for the City Tattersalls Club Staff Super Fund when they merged in September 2004.
Over many years, the BSF has built a tradition of being a simple, low cost super fund with sound investment performance. It now offers members a number options including accumulation and pension accounts as well as competitive insurance rates.
In March 2009 Diversa Limited, an ASX listed financial services business, acquired the BSF's administrator - Super Promoters Pty Ltd. Diversa, via it's wholly owned subsidiary Super Promoters, is now responsible for the administration, product management and marketing of the BSF.
